Mechanical Seaming of Standing Seam Metal Roof Panels

mechanical-seaming-web.jpgMechanical Seaming is the process of finishing the roofing panels on site by folding the overlapping ends together.  This is done via crimping the material by hand and/or running a machine up each seam.  The crimpers and mechanical seamers are designed specifically for each panel profile and are set up per project based on material and gauge.  Preventative maintenance is performed on all seamers prior to shipment.
